Meet your hosts, Patrick and Amy
We live here!
We are Patrick and Amy, and we live on site in the big main building that we call "the Lodge" with our 2 kids and 3 dogs. Patrick's nephew, Liam, also lives here and helps us run the show.
Our Story
In 2018, we purchased the property and have been working on it steadily since then. The first project our first summer was to build the large wood-burning sauna down at the lake. Over the next several years, we built the main lodge building on the same site as the original lodge. We've had the help and support of our family, friends and neighbours, and dozens of world travellers through the Workaway program over the years to help make the property as beautiful as it is today!
Our Team
Meet our dedicated canine team at Pine Falls Lodge, Chini, Scout and Lila! They are guaranteed to welcome you with many barks upon arrival, and many times throughout your visit. Chini is the oldest at 11 years old and is an English Setter/Border Collie mix, and Scout and Lila are 2 year old Aussie Shepherd siblings.
Barking aside, the dogs are very friendly and love to be part of the action. If you're going for a walk in the woods or on the road, feel free to invite them along!
