This open plan, custom-made houseboat has a king size bed in the back, a toilet, a kitchen which includes a mini fridge, sink, and propane camping stove, and plenty of shelves for storage. The boat is moored to a private dock nestled in the corner opposite of the waterfall for more privacy. There is a fire pit and picnic table on the land beside the dock for houseboat guests only. The houseboat is permanently moored for the season, guests are not permitted to drive the boat.
