The water tower bunkie has and continues to hold the water reservoir that provides gravity-fed running water in all the cabins on the property. The bed is on the second floor up a steep and narrow staircase which allows for the excellent view, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Fire pits on the property are shared, $15 for a blue bin of wood to burn
