What is happening with the Washagami Bridge?
The bridge construction is complete as of Septemeber 1, 2023.
Is there cell service?
Guests can enjoy access to our high speed Starlink wifi. You will not be able to access it from the cabins, however we offer a lounge with seating from which to access to internet when needed. There is no cell service here.
Can I rent a boat?
No, we are not currently set up to rent out boats, however this may come in the future. We have paddleboards, kayaks and a canoe available for guests to use at no extra cost. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, reservations are not permitted.
Is there a boat launch?
If you are renting a cabin and would like to bring your boat, please let us know ahead of time. There is a $50 inclusive fee for launching and docking your boat on either lake and parking space for your trailer. We do not allow public access to our boat launch. There are public launches on both lakes for non-guests to access.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, at this time we are only offering cabin, houseboat, glamping tent and campsite rentals.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets must be approved before your visit, but well-behaved fixed dogs are permitted on the property. Please keep your dog off the furniture and on leash when outside of the cabin. Pets are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet.
Are there bugs?
Yes. Pine Falls Lodge is located in northern Ontario, surrounded by crown land forests and swamps. Black flies are active during the daytime from around mid April until July. Mosquitos are most active at dawn and dusk from May to August. The property is often windy which helps keep the bugs away but if you are coming between April and August, expect bugs and bring bug spray!
Can I change my check-in or check-out time?
You are welcome to arrive anytime on the day of your check-in and enjoy the property before you check in to your cabin at 4pm. There are public bathrooms available for use during the day.
We are unable to accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out during July and August as these are our busiest months and we need the time to clean before the next guest. From September to June, please ask us if you need some extra time and we will see if we are able to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
Cancellations made at least 28 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
